Cookies
The app sets only the cookies it needs to work: one that keeps you signed in, one that holds your sign-in code while you type it (ten minutes), one during Google sign-in (ten minutes), and one with your language choice. None of them track you across other sites, and there are no advertising or analytics cookies. That is why there is no cookie banner.
On your device
Your cart, your sound setting on the kitchen board and the app’s own files (if you add it to your home screen) are kept in your browser, on your device only. Clearing site data removes them. Nothing from your device is uploaded except the screenshot you choose to send.
These documents were written by the students who run the app for a school CAS project, in plain language. They are not legal advice. Sandford International School and Karavan Coffee may replace them with their own wording; when that happens the version changes and everyone is asked to accept again.
