Do
Order what you will collect. Pay for your own orders with your own telebirr. Keep your sign-in codes private. Report problems to the counter or an admin.
Don’t
Enter someone else’s transaction number. Reuse a transaction number. Upload an edited or borrowed screenshot. Order under someone else’s account. Place orders you don’t intend to pay for or collect, again and again. Try to break, probe or overload the app, or to reach data that isn’t yours.
What happens
The app keeps a record of every order, payment and staff action. Misuse is reported to the school and to Karavan, access is removed, and the school’s own rules apply on top.
These documents were written by the students who run the app for a school CAS project, in plain language. They are not legal advice. Sandford International School and Karavan Coffee may replace them with their own wording; when that happens the version changes and everyone is asked to accept again.
